At BryanH Photography, we aim to ensure client satisfaction with the quality and value of our services and products. All rates are non-negotiable and subject to change at any time. Travel is considered an add-on service and is not included in package prices. Local travel fee applies to 50+ miles and begins at $100.
Payment Policy
Booking is secured only when half of overall payment is made. In order to receive all agreed deliverables full payment must be made prior to receipt. Products will not be distributed until the order is paid in full.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, natural disaster, medical emergency, camera malfunction, or any other unforeseen event that prohibits BryanH Photography from completing the session on the scheduled date and time that was booked, clients will have the option to reschedule the session.
If the client fails to attend the reserved appointment or is more than 15 minutes late of their own accord, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. There are no refunds for cancellations. We secure your date when you book and arrange our schedule around you. BryanH Photography has a strict policy of no refunds once a transaction has been completed and the date has been booked. (i.e. Once the client selects services, books a shoot, or chooses photographs, add-ons, digital files, or proofs, and/or completes payment for such, payment is non-refundable.)
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of photography, all sales are final. All session fees, prints, and products (including digital products) are non-refundable.
No refunds once gallery access and files are received. If a client is unhappy with, "doesn't like," or is otherwise dissatisfied with the services or products, BryanH Photography will not issue a refund.

Do you service clients and events outside of San Diego?
Yes. My local travel fee over 50 miles starts at $100.

Are there any discounts or deals?
Yes. Any service or package of $500 (Excluding Headshots) or more comes with a free 11 in x 12 in framed print of your choice.
What are the steps after we fill out the form?
I'll contact you to learn about you and your photography needs, answer any questions you may have, and hopefully book a date to shoot. I'm looking forward to meeting you.
When is payment due? What are acceptable payment methods?
Payment for orders is due in full when the order is placed unless you have made arrangements to complete a payment plan. Products will not be distributed until the order is paid in full.
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Photo availability timelines depend upon the nature of the product(s) and/or service(s). Typically, photos can be ready in approximately two to four weeks unless a delay is indicated at the time of booking.
Are you going to use my photos on your social media networks?
While I own the copyright of all the images I capture, please let me know If you are uncomfortable with me using images from your session. I do love to showcase my beautiful clients in my social media outlets and website. After all, my business depends on other people seeing my work showcased on these various platforms.
